As was to be expected the novel storyline is heavily edited to tone down all of the BL romances. I can honestly say I do not mind that much, there is still more than enough romance and it’s made clear that it is not just a bromance.

This is 30 episodes long. We never even get a kiss (because hello Chinese censorship laws). But it is distinctly romantic, especially when they are seemingly about to die and have their realizations that lead to their love confessions in the final episode.

´Advance Bravely´- MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!!. It’s a Chinese web series still ongoing and it’s not clear if will turn out BL or bromance but it’s totally worth it. The story is interesting, the acting is on point and you couldn’t have more handsome actors (as you can see below ☺️).
